Design Statement:
The owners of this Madison Park bungalow needed more room for their growing twin daughters. The solution was to remove the roof and existing cramped dormer rooms and add a new floor with nine foot ceilings. An expansion on the first floor provided additional space for a formal dining room and gourmet kitchen. The new master suite on the upper floor included an east facing deck over the new dining room where the couple can enjoy morning breakfast and enjoy the early morning sun.
