Design Statement:
The solution for this call center for Nike Inc. takes advantage of its location in a high bay tilt up warehouse. A high curved ceiling creates an inspiring environment that eliminates the beehive environment often found in traditional call centers. Supervisor's offices are located across the back wall and along a colorful path running through center of the space. The pleasing environment minimizes turnover and attracts energetic customer service representatives.
