Sustainability — RBA Design has always been focused on sustainable solutions. We are committed to helping our clients minimize their carbon footprint and impact on the environment. Our designs incorporate planet friendly materials and we encourage contractors to use sustainable practices including demolition recycling and local sourcing when possible. If LEED certification is a goal, we can help you certify your project with the USGBC. As members of the organization we also get discounts on application fees and access to significant information streamlining the LEED certification process. Project Delivery — In addition to design and planning, we are known for exceptional attention to detail at every step of a project. We take the design vision and carefully craft good construction documents, monitor permitting and advise contractors while the project is built. We also offer expanded project management when desired where we provide full project delivery. This can include soliciting and managing everything from contractors, cabling vendors to movers, ensuring a successful project move. These services allow you to do what you do best – run your organization.

Getting it Built — We also offer project management services where we deliver cost-effective projects in a manner that minimizes a client’s time commitment. Our experience saves you time and money by getting the work done expediently and effectively. We hire the contractor and oversee construction. We also help coordinate staff and vendors, allowing you to do your most important job – run your organization.
