Design Statement:
The King County Department of Construction and Facility Management selected RBA Design to remodel two floors of the downtown Seattle Administration Building. The project consists of approximately 17,000 square feet.
RBA Design was selected for the project based of the firm's expertise with interior space planning, award-winning interior office designs, and experience with public works projects. RBA Design has a proven track record of positive results - delivering projects on time and within budget.
The project was the first project completed for King County incorporating space standards developed in 1995. The use of the new space standards freed up approximately twenty five percent of the floor area.
RBA Design assisted in purchasing and installing 75 used workstations for the new space, providing high value to the end user.
