Firm Overview
RBA Design is an architectural and interior design firm dedicated to solving our clients' space needs with creative, responsive solutions. Founded in 1994, our firm has provided high value to our clients resulting in repeat business with clients like AAA Washington, Nike Inc. and Coldwell Banker Bain Associates. 2001 marks a significant change in the firm. Karl Kirchgasler, AIA, joined the firm as a Principal. Karl brings over twenty years architectural experience in both the public and private sector. His expertise strengthens our ability to deliver high quality projects in a broad range of project types including office, retail, health care / bioscience, high end residential and multi-family. Our offices are located in downtown Seattle at 94 Union, just south of the historic Pike Place Market - home of some of our projects - and at 175 Parfitt Way SW, Suite N260, Bainbridge Island, WA.

We also offer project management services where we deliver cost-effective projects in a manner that minimizes a client’s time commitment. Our experience saves you time and money by getting the work done expediently and effectively. We hire the contractor and oversee construction. We also help coordinate staff and vendors, allowing you to do your most important job – run your organization.
