Our Clients
Leadership
Rodney Bauch, Principal
Rodney formed RBA in 1994 to pursue a goal of providing high quality design and service that would result in long term client loyalty. The result of that philosophy is a portfolio of clients who have retained us to design multiple projects. We were early embracers of sustainable design and continue that focus in both our design and furniture practice.
Ivory Campbell, Designer
Ivory knows the complex realities of bringing projects to life. Educated at the Art Institute of Seattle, he has built a formidable portfolio that includes millions of square feet across the tech, finance, and healthcare sectors. He has the ability to move fluidly from designer to manager within different disciplines every day and enjoys the challenge.
