Modernization

The Master Builder Association building in Tacoma, WA needed modernization.  RBA was hired to renovate the exterior and the lower two floors.  Exterior steel panels that blocked light and views from the building were removed and replaced with cable rails. The lower two floors were joined with an atrium space with stairs and a new building lobby was created.
